This is an ongoing collection of abstract images where composition, structure and tension are key, sometimes with a twist of humor. They are all made in concrete skateparks I've visited in Belgium and abroad.

By dissecting and searching for the anatomy of these concrete dreams I aim to present them in an new way, interesting for viewers in- or outside the culture which surrounds these concrete heavens.



The title refers to this duality: where outsiders will probably only see and interpret the abstract image, insiders might recognize and even pin the location of the image. They might even have skated this concrete...
